What is Google Analytics?

know-how from A-Z

Google Analytics is a tracking tool for websites that is used to analyze website data. If visitors have accepted cookies on the website, these are read out and various statistics are compiled on this basis.

You can then not only see how many users have been on the website and which pages they have visited, but also gain insights into the medium through which users came to the website and where they left the page.

The evaluated data is then used to define and implement optimization measures for the website, for example to reduce bounce rates, increase page views or boost the visibility of the website.
