In 2022, NetCom BW, the subsidiary of the energy supplier EnBW, entrusted 711media as digital agency with the implementation of the website optimization including redesign.

Redesign for greater usability

The focus of the optimization was on adapting the design to the parent company EnBW. Various optimizations also improved usability.

The vision

The following project goals were defined at the beginning in a joint discovery workshop:

- Design adaptation to the parent company EnBW
- Definition of emotional imagery
- Specific content for the diverse markets and target groups
- Target group-oriented user guidance

Website in a new design

The aim of the redesign was to pick up on the modern look of the parent company EnBW and implement it appropriately for NetCom BW.

  • Revision and optimization of the existing CMS TYPO3

Service and help area

The service and help area has been restructured and simplified in order to present users with a clear and easy-to-understand user interface .

Emotional imagery

The focus was on using authentic images that radiate warmth. The aim was not to use classic stock images, but images that would appeal to the target group by reflecting a realistic living environment.
